This T&C may superseded by any specific terms and conditions indicated on the invoice or the sales order issued by us.
- Our invoices are payable immediately once its issued, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order.
- Navo Brands Trading (Br of East Land Trading (LLC)) undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Navo Brands Trading LLC cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery of the product provided the products are returned in original conditions, any assossiated charges are to be born by consigner.
- In order for it to be admissible, Navo Brands Trading (Br East Land Trading (LLC)) must be notified of any claim by means of a Email/Phone Call or WhatsApp to its registered office within 7 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United Arab Emirates law.
