Replacement Policy (within the first 7 days):
- If any product or part is found missing, damaged, or malfunctioning within 7 days of purchase, customers are eligible for a free replacement.
- After 7 days, our standard warranty policy applies (details below).
How to Claim Warranty:
- To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide evidence of the damage with clear photos and videos.
- Send the evidence via email to info@navoergonomics.com.
- Include all relevant information in the email (order number, product details).
- Subject to verification, requests will be reviewed and approved or rejected within 5 working days.
Warranty Options (upon approval): Once your claim is approved, you can select from the following options to receive service under warranty:
- In-store Pickup of Spare Parts: Customers can visit our showroom to collect the spare parts free of charge.
- In-store Repair Service: Customers can bring the product to our showroom, and our team will install the spare parts at no cost.
- Shipping of Spare Parts: We can ship the spare parts directly to you for a charge of AED 25.
- Doorstep Repair Service: We offer an on-site repair service to install the spare parts at your location for a charge of AED 50.
