The desk should be sturdy after proper assembly. If not,

  • Make sure you have attached rubber cushion on the top of brackets and beams. Those rubber cushions are intended to dampen vibrations of your desk in operation.
  • Check if all screws are tightened. Over the course of time and continues usage of the desk, it might become a bit wobbly. To fix that you will need to need to tighten all the screws of the desk again.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product has been delivered. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We deliver our Products UAE & other GCC countries. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE will be in 1 – 3 working days and from 3 to 12 working Days to Other Countries depending on the location. UAE Delivery will be free for most of the products and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the product, country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

For any changes, please get in touch with us by phone or mail. All orders are immediately charged and processed when an order is placed on our website. We typically ship our items out the next business day, any changes to the order must be taken care of the same day the order was placed. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, the order can no longer be changed.

Yes, but the recommended everyday weight limit is 220lbs. to ensure that your desk motor stays in good working condition.

If you are not using an Navodesk Top, ensure that your top is between 46″ to 70” in width and 27-36” in depth for maximum stability. We recommend leaving an inch of overhang on either side of the top.

Moderate assembly is required for the desk and we provide assembly instructions with each desk frame. We recommend assembling the desk with a friend. The assembly process usually takes around 30-45 minutes from start to finish.

No, Navodesk products require self-assembly. Easy instruction manuals and necessary tools are included with the product. For some products you will need a screwdriver which is not included with the product. If you need help or cannot assemble yourself and would like us to arrange assembly for you (Extra charges may apply), get in touch with us by phone or mail.
